Once upon a time...
Little Bookworms was founded in 2018 by Kirsty Sinclair. Kirsty is a qualified teacher, and her passion is bringing books to life through drama and storytelling. She encourages children and young people to take control of their own learning journey and helps bring lessons to life with her imaginative and innovative approach.
Stories can teach us about life, about ourselves and about others. Storytelling and drama can encourage:
- Speaking and listening
- Curiosity and imagination.
- Creative writing, creative thinking and problem solving.
- Key word recognition and consolidation.
- Multi-sensory experiences.
- Development of escapism and a sense of wonder at the world.
Our creative curriculum ensures children have FUN whilst learning!

Kirsty Sinclair
Owner and Founder - Education Consultant and Interactive multi-sensory Storyteller
Kirsty is a qualified teacher and has experience teaching children from EYFS-KS5 with a wide range of special educational needs.
BA (Hons) Drama, PCET, QTLS, PECS Level 1, Baby Massage Instructor, British Sign Language (BSL) Level 1.
Parent Governor
Kirsty holds a current DBS check, and the company holds full liability insurance.
Julie Sinclair
Designer, Host and Author
Julie creates the most amazing exploration stations, she is a perfect host and is currently publishing a children's book.
